Samantha Kay was born in Ohio and grew up in West Virginia. She married at 18 to Gerald while learning to be a chef. She worked as a Chef in various restaurants around Virginia and Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. After about 4 years of marriage her and her husband began swinging.
