Yoko Matsugane was born in the Ibaraki Prefecture, Japan. She is a Gravure Idol in Japan (bikini, hand bra's, that sort of thing).
She has produced quite a few films in Japan and does appearances there to promote them. In 2006 she struck out on her own, leaving her modeling agency, and continues to produce her own films.
