She's my queen - She's my god
she's so damn top heavy
she's my hero, she's my idol
The queen of the 1970s
That's what the band Zodiac Killers wrote about her in their song I want a girl like Candy Samples
. Candy was already a legend when they released the tune in 2001 but that launched her to cult icon status and when you see her in her movies from the 70's and 80's you know why. She personified everything you ever wanted in a big boob babe. Bouncy, smart, sweet, pretty and sex crazed!
Candy was born in Kansas City, Missouri to a single unmarried mom in a time that being an illegitamte child was a stigma in society. Her mother worked hard and was a harsh disciplinarian while she was growing up - not wanting Candy to fall in the same trap she did. Candy was married and had a son when her husband died leaving her a single mother as well.
In 1964 Candy moved herself and her son from Kansas to Los Angeles. She was hoping to break into modelling or movies. She worked odd jobs as a Tearoom Dancer and waitress for the next four years until she was invited to do some nude modelling in 1968. Candy was always a nudist at heart so she figured she would give it a try.
She made 5 hardcore films in the next year as Mary Gavin or Vivan Andreson, then decided to go softcore. Models didn't make more for going hardcore back then and they had the police hasseling them as well. It wasn't worth it for the all natural stacked brunette.
For the next couple of decades Candy worked as a feature dancer and model, doing softcore films and travelling around the United States. She worked at Juggs magazine as a columnist for many years as well.
During the 1980's Candy ended up getting her breasts augmented and some plastic surgery on her face as well. Her tits were natural DD cups and after the surgery they were EE's. She retired in 1988-89 from modelling and movies and describes herself as very happy with her life now.
